At Rare Pearl Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. While we don’t offer cash refunds, we’re more than happy to assist with exchanges or provide a store credit coupon of equal value, which you can use for future purchases.

Exchange Policy

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, we’ll gladly exchange it. Simply return the parcel via XYZ courier service to the address we provide.
  • Size Issues or Personal Preferences: If you need to exchange an item due to size or a change of preference after receiving it, please note that you’ll be responsible for covering the delivery charges both ways, as the original order was fulfilled correctly.
  • Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are permitted within 3 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Video Proof Requirement: To process any claims related to damaged or missing items, please record a video while opening the parcel. Without this video evidence, we cannot accept any claims.
